WAECA, after a long hibernation is waking up again. This is through initially choir practice. The choir master master is Mr. Jack Assa and and so far attendance is good and also interest is good. Practice happens around 4 pm in the afternoon. Common venue is at UPNG but can be held anywhere. This is good to all members together and also to resurrect WAECA.
