Death of Joe Malen Kome
One of Lai valley, and Warakamb valleys longest serving Public servant passed away recently from a heart attack. The late Joe was friend to all, enermy to none and served the people of Lai valley well, especially Upper Lai. He went to Winja primary school, then onto wabag high school, where he was a top student but had to return home after fracturing his arm. He later went to Togoba CHW training school and became a community health worker. He served in rural places like Wariba, Nol, and Marara. His last post was at the MRDC funded Marara health post where he saw its inception of a little k800,oo aid post to what it is today. We thank him for his servcise and may his soul RIEP,
